Daniel Blackman Qualifies for Georgia Public Service Commission Race
On April 3, 2025, Daniel Blackman officially qualified as a Democratic candidate for the Georgia Public Service Commission (PSC), District 3. This race, postponed from 2022 due to legal challenges, will finally be decided in the general election on November 4, 2025.
With the legal issues resolved, Daniel is ready to share his vision with Georgians everywhere. His campaign is built on three core principles:
-
Lowering Utility Bills: Fighting against unfair rate hikes and making energy affordable for all Georgians.
-
Ensuring Safe and Reliable Energy: Strengthening infrastructure, promoting clean energy, and guaranteeing consistent, secure power.
-
Demanding Real Accountability: Making utility companies transparent and responsible for their actions.
“I’m running to bring the voices of everyday Georgians to the PSC, ensuring that our energy policies prioritize people over profits,” Daniel stated.
The primary election is set for June 17, with a potential runoff on July 15 if no candidate secures a majority. Daniel encourages all eligible voters to make their voices heard.
