Things to Know Before You Give
Georgia law allows individuals, corporations, PACs, and other entities to contribute to Public Service Commission campaigns.
Maximum Contribution Limits:

Primary Election: $8,400 per person or entity.

General Election: $8,400 per person or entity.

Runoff Election (if applicable): $4,800 per person or entity.

Total Maximum Contribution: $21,600 per person or entity for the entire election cycle.
Contributions are not tax-deductible. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited.
